Role and Responsibility :
- Customer care responsibilities for the designated business
- Ability to interact with field personnel and drive case closures
- First time right resolution and timely response to all field queries
- Prepare and prepare updated dashboards to client leadership for review and discussions
- In this role, you will be working with other business operation teams and ensure timely and accurate billing for non-contract and contract invoices.
Skills & Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- MS Office Experience- proficiency in Excel
- Prior working knowledge of Oracle, sales force will be preferred
- Experience and Understanding of After Market Service / Supply Chain will be desired
Important Points :
- Previous working experience in a similar kind of industry will be added advantage
- Ensure 100% adherence to SOP’s and compliance rules and regulation.
- Ability to Handle Pressure with a 5 day working week and a shit time starting 8 Am- 5PM Malaysia time
