Role and Responsibility :
- Develop design approaches, evaluate pros/cons of approaches for a feature enhancement.
- Become subject matter expert in the owned features.
- Mentor the team members with technical guidance and improve the engineering process.
- Active coding and participation in peer code review, design reviews.
- Lead the team in hackathons and promote new ideas.
Skills & Qualification :
- 9+ years of Hands-on experience in software development with proven track record of designing solutions with demonstrated usage.
- Excellent technical design skills and proven ability to drive larger scale system designs for complex projects or products.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, System programming
- Passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us
