Role and Responsibility :

  • Teradata Customer Technical Support Specialists are responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers using Teradata software and solutions.
  • They are required to diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, identify root causes, and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Skills & Qualification :

  • Experience in Help Desk/Customer service position is a plus
